Happy Thursday from these coral beauties! Every week you’ll find me at a local flower shop or the LA Flower Market picking up some colorful stems. Making floral arrangements is one of my favorite hobbies and it keeps my living space fun, bright & chic at the same time. Pick up a few flowers and add some color to your life because can’t go wrong with fresh flowers in the air!

BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE.
I think it’s safe to say that I’m addicted to coffee and my frequent consumption proves this statement to be true. Blue Bottle Coffee is located in DTLA in the Arts District and it has become one of my go-to spots when I need a quick pick me up in the area. Their coffee is smooth providing just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my caffeine indulgence. If you’re a coffee connoisseur trust me, this place is amazing and their cold brew takes coffee to another level. Their sleek and contemporary design is captivating once you enter, yet still providing a calm and cool atmosphere for those who want to get some work done while enjoying a cup of coffee. Blue Bottle Coffee’s logo is simple & cute, thus allowing it to become a staple in the DTLA area. Anyways, it’s a warm & beautiful Sunday so enjoy a cold caffeinated beverage if you’re in the area. Cheers!

It takes noise to appreciate silence and when I stop to think about it, the digital age rarely gives many of us any moment of quietness. From everyday chatter to my cell phone buzzing, silence is rarely experienced and when it is, it’s only for a brief moment in time. Rooftops allow me to step away from the everyday chaos that life brings as well as the freedom to let go and appreciate the simple, yet fascinating things that surround me. I believe that living in the moment is taking in and appreciating the beauty around you & in order to do this, one must experience that time in silence.
NASTY GAL.
The Nasty Gal boutique is a must! Today I visited the Melrose location and their gorgeous interior and set-up definitely made me feel like I walked into their website. I’m a frequent Nasty Gal shopper so seeing their website come to life was an amazing experience. As I walked throughout the store, I noticed a few vintage Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Moschino pieces that definitely brought me back to the early 90’s when I used to walk into my mother’s closet to try on her luxury accessories (I’m still waiting to inherit those, Mom). Nasty Gal is like a fashion lover’s playground & the mirrors are the best when you need that perfect outfit of the day photo. Haha!
